February in London is not the obvious climate to take to the top deck of an open top bus, which is probably why the hardy souls are gathered in the enclosed front session as DA3 (LV51YCM) picks its way through puddles on the corner of Strand and Lancaster Place in 2011.

July is a much better month to plan an open top trip and DA11 (LV51YCG) has been fully converted to open top. However it is summer 2012 so the top deck tourists were lucky to find summer sun as the bus passes Marble Arch.
