An attraction at the 2003 Cobham Rally in April that year was a parade of "Ole Bill" buses, your photographer was a bit slow off the mark, but did capture this shot of those twisting open staircases.

AEC Regal I T31 spent most of its working life with London Transport, but was new to London General in 1929. It was sold in October 1956 and was the last ex-London General Omnibus Company vehicle to be operated by London Transport. It was bought by the London Bus Preservation Trust for £45 and had been preserved for nearly 50 years when seen at the Routemaster 50th Anniversary gathering at Alexandra Palace in 2004. Twenty four years earlier and T31 is seen climbing Windsor Castle Hill on the occasion of the National SHOWBUS Jubilee Rally. Parked on the hill is National Travel South East's former East Kent AEC Regent V in commemorative silver livery. Two RFs and a former Bath Services Bristol LS are following T31 in the procession to the Hillingdon Show.
