Go-Ahead's ill fated Birmingham area operation, Diamond Bus, largely based on the operations of the former Pete's Travel and Birmingham Coach Company, was bolstered with units transferred from other group fleets. London Central contributed several of its Northern Counties bodied Olympians, to be amongst Diamond's few doubledecks. Diamond 30 (N530LHG), formerly London Central NV30, is seen in the city centre still in London colours in Autumn 2006. |
