Arriva London passed a number of surplus Metrobuses to its Original London Sightseeing company for tour work, having initially converted them to open top. Former M533 (GYE533W) passes an early non-Arriva liveried example at the Victoria stand.

Earlier in the year M729 (KYV729X) was in use on Bakerloo Line tube replacement services. It is seen passing through Wembley.

Arriva took over the operation of Harrods' London Sightseeing Tours, operated by Neoplan Skyliners and Routemasters. They were replaced by "Luxury Tour" branded Metrobuses, which gained appropriate lettering in 2002 for the Golden Jubilee.
