Stagecoach Cambridge's low floor doubledeck fleet was boosted with retired Alexander bodied Dennis Tridents from London for Park & Ride services. Originally TA50 (T650TPU), now 17050, is seen in summer 2006 resting outside the depot on a Sunday when the Babraham Road P&R service did not operate. |
At SHOWBUS 2005 Stagecoach East (Cambus) put on a nice display with three of the Cambridge Park & Ride Tridents in their distinctive liveries. Leading the arrivals at Duxford in Trumpington blue is former TA10, now 17010 (S810BWC) with a red liveried Trident behind for the Madingly/Newmarket service. The coffee coloured bus is in generic livery for use on any of the P&R services. The success of the P&R services saw them receiving their thrird generation of brand new buses in 2023 in the shape of the first Volvo BZL electrics to enter service. |
Seen heading east along Brighton seafront above Madeira Drive in June 2007 is Brighton & Hove Dennis Trident Alexander ALX400 881 (T669KPU). This bus arrived from Stagecoach with the Eastbourne route. The bus was new as one of the first low floor Tridents for use by Stagecoach East London in the capital as fleet number TA69. |
A beautiful summer's day in July 2010 and ex TA73 (T673KPU), now B&H 885 passes the bus stop for Roedean Golf Course on its way to Eastbourne. |
