Quite a queue had formed at one of the main city stops near Drummer Street Bus Station that day - then of course two buses turn up at once. Former Stagecoach Selkent TA275, now 17275 reregistered from T377NNO to ACZ7492 is loading while 17078 overtakes to get back on schedule as they battle the city's summer traffic. Picture ref A4111 |
Low floor buses were reintroduced on to the Stratford tour after the departure of Ensign's Ayats bodied Volvos. Former London# Dennis Trident 17417 (LX51FJE) is seen in September 2012 at the City Sightseeing central departure point on what remains of the original bus station from the days of the original Stratford Blue. Turning is tight and accommodation restricted to just a few buses, but one is usually on station to attract passing tourist trade. |
