A Volvo Olympian and Dennis Dart, both with Northern Counties bodies, near Dartford Station in June 2007. The Olympian was new to Maidston & District as 5907 (K507SKR) whereas the Dart was new to Kentish Bus & Coach as 156 (L156YVK) - now 3156 - its Newcastle registration reflecting the then control of Proudmutual, the parent company of Northumbria. |
A more substantial Kentish Bus purchase was 255 (N255BKK) a Scania L113CRL with Wright bodywork, now 3255 and seen arriving at Bluewater in 2007. The bus saw further service with Connexions Buses in Harrogate. |
