Transferred from Midland Red South to Cambus was this Alexander Dash bodied Volvo B6, new as 454 (L454YAC), later gaining national fleet number 30943. Cambus bought a number of local Marshall bodied B6 shortly before joining the Stagecoach group, so the type fitted well in the fleet.

Midland Red South managed to get some new Tridents in 2006, but 18504 (KX06LYW) is seen arriving at Showbus 2008 with Activ8 branding used by its new owner, Stagecoach in Hampshire. |
The rear view is of Oxford South Midland ECW bodied Bristol VRTSL3 445 (PJO45P) which had been their Silver Jubilee bus. Coming the other way in Oxford city centre is Alexander bodied Daimler Fleetline 916 (5282HA) acquired from Midland Red, new in 1963 as their 5282. It was one of several buses transferred from the neighbouring NBC company.
