 Following the quagmire of SHOWBUS 2015 at Woburn Abbey we went in search of a new home for the event. One of the sites we looked at was Bicester Aerodrome. We visited in October 2015, but the site had access problems and insufficient hard standing. It was home to a few businesses including SWB Motorsport who owned former Midland Fox 7050 (V50VJU), a very impressive MCW Metroliner.

 Leaving SHOWBUS 2016 held at the new venue of the Donington Arena with great access and ample hardstanding was preserved West Midlands PTE Alexander bodied Daimler Fleetline 6225 (UHA225H). It was one of the many buses transferred when the original Midland Red had its heart cut out and the remains quartered into the North, East, South and West companies.

 Arriving at Donington for SHOWBUS 2018 was former Midland Red South 202 (M202LHP), a standard Stagecoach Alexander PS bodied Volvo B10M acquired by Howards Travel of Warrington.

 Former Midland Red South 224 (R224CRW) was another B10M which passed to Cliffs Coaches of High Wycombe with new regsitration NIL3943 to disguise its twenty one years of age when seen on a school contract to Dr Calloners Boys Grammar School in Amersham in June 2019.

 In the new school year in October NIL3943 was serving Dr Challoners High School for girls in Little Chalfont.
