The services operated for Oxford Brookes University were given a significant boost in 2003 with a fleet of specially liveried Dennis Tridents - and some ALX300 bodied MANs. Here Plaxton President bodied 18051 (KX53VNB) is seen in the centre of Oxford on the U1 to Wheatley in October 2003. The buses are available to the general public as well as the university's staff and students.

Oxford Brookes Trident President
June 2005 and another President negotiates the sharp turn off the A40 for Wheatley. The bend was the scene of a fatal accident some years back involving an Alder Valley doubledeck Olympian coach. The exit seems like a motorway exit, but the driver is confronted by a sharp left hand turn, which should not be taken at speed, particularly in a doubledecker.

Nearing the end of its days on Brookes work is Plaxton President bodied 18053 (KX53VND) near Oxford Station in May 2009. The contract subsequently passed to City of Oxford.
