On Saturday route 24 became the first all Borismaster route. Seen heading for Pimlico through Victoria around 8am is Metroline's LT22 (LTZ1022). Unlike the 38 where there are relatively few New Bus for Londons deployed, the 24 allows the type to be seen in classic "two come along together" mode, coming up behind was LT33 - and it was nice to receive a cheery wave from its conductor. Metroline frequently mixes vehicle types on routes so it will be interesting to see if other types stray on to the 24 or Borismasters pop up on other routes out of Cricklewood depot. |
