Sandlant Mercedes O405NH Volgren CR225L 0029AO
Seen at the Sandlant depot in March 2024 during a Bus & Coach Society of Victoria weekend tour of the Grampian region was 0029AO, former Transperth 1742 (TP1742). The bus' use is evident from its permanent desto! Sandlant had acquired it from Martyrs where it had been their 29 (0029AO).

Dions Volvo Volgren CR228L B7RLE MO5344 & B5RLEH TV7664
Enough of CR225L bodied Mercedes! Seen at their Fairy Meadow, Wollongong depot in May 2024 is Dions TV7664, former Transprth 2245 (TP2245). The bus was new in 2013 as semi-experimental (for Transperth) hybrid Volvo B5RLEH with Volgren CR228L bodywork. Dions had also acquired a second similar machine from CDC Melbourne. However the bus on the hoist is standard B7RLE MO5344 also with a CR228L body.

Big Bus Mercedes O405NH Volgren CR225L E2 D5936
Former 1324 (TP1324) seen at Sydney's Kingsford Smith Airport in April 2024 appears to have had something of a facelift, losing the mournful frog-eyed headlights of its CR225L body. Whether this was deliberate or necessary as a result of an aaccident is not known. The bus is with Big Bus Co of Revesby as their E2 (TV506A) and was their only CR225L.
