Seen in July 2003 promoting Art Everywhere - in this case on the streetcar itself! - is an example of the longer Articulated Light Rail Vehicle (ALRV). Both model types were built by subsidiaries of Bombardier at Thunder Bay though the bogies were built by Germany manufacturer MAN.
