An unusual open topper at SHOWBUS in 2002 was former South Yorkshire Road Transport, 107, a Northern Counties bodied Leyland Olympian. It was new with registration TWY7 from South Yorkshire's 1957 Park Royal lowbridge Titan PD2 80. It is now registered E767LBT.
Former London & Country Citybus/East Lancs 648 (H648GPF), with Guide Friday at Stratford on Avon in City Sightseeing livery as 348, seen in Stratford in summer 2004.
A less obvious place for city tours is Newport in South Wales. The local municipal operator operated a member of its own fleet on the tour. Scania/Alexander 41 (F41YHB) had been converted to open top and is seen near Newport Bus Station in May 2004.
From the same batch of six Newport Scanias, erstwhile 45 is seen at the 2003 Southsea Rally with blinds for the Southsea service.
Two more newer Alexander bodied Scanias seen on Eastbourne's tour, by the Pier, in May 2007. Closer to the camera is former London Buses N113 S13 (J813HMC) destined for Beachy Head. It is overtaking another Scania N113, ex West Midlands 3225 (H225LOM).
