 In 2014 a handful of hybrid Enviro500 buses entered service in Hong Kong, robbing Canada's BC Tranist of the accolade of being the owner of the only hybrid Enviro500. KMB ATH2 (TA2132) is seen in traffic on the island in a livery promoting its environmental credentials.

 In 2012 a relatively small nuber of the two axle Enviro400 model joined the KMB fleet. New in December that year was ATSE22 (RU5822) seen in Mong Kok in May 2016.
