Newly into service at the end of 1998, this Berkhof Jonckheere low floor DAF SB250, 131 (BG-NX-37), with cutting edge styling is seen in Amsterdam on December 26th 1998.

DAF 149 (BG-RV-93) was busy at work in November 1999, when fleet numbers were to be seen in the 160s. In this view the 'metal' Berkhof badge can be seen followed by the Jonckheere script, showing the joint badging and design of these jointly owned manufacturers, ultimately merging into VDL with DAF and Bova on the chassis side.
