TANK - Transit Authority of North Kentucky

The Transit Authority of Northern Kentucky (known by the acronym TANK) is the public transit system serving the Northern Kentucky suburbs of Cincinnati. Found in its yard in August 2010 were these three classic vehicles. This GM "Fishbowl", 703, bears the fleetname "The Green Liner" - whether this was a route branded service in its heyday or the name used fleetwide by TANK is unknown.

AM General 1901 is one of few vehicles of its type preserved in such excellent condition.

TANK 2005 is a Flxible Metro B. All three buses participate in local community and transport events.

TANK operates buses in a dedicated livery for North Kentucky University (NKU), like 1907, nose in to the depot.

Lurking in the depot was a vehicle for a different sort of dedicated service, paratransit 245.
