 School bus 61135 (YS51JVA) was new to First Yorkshire as S001. It was one of the first American built Bluebird AAREs brought to Britain by First to pioneer the American school bus concept in the UK. The bus is branded First Student, the identity used by First on its vast fleet of school buses used in the USA and Canada.  | |
 The location for these pictures is the Handy Cross Sports Centre in High Wycombe in June 2007. The fleet of assembled schoolbuses included some BMC 1100s and vehicles from First Hants & Dorset as well as First Berkshire. A huge inter school tournament on a summer Saturday required buses to convey students from locations all over Buckinghamshire. | |
 In this view 61135 has been joined by Beeline's BMC 68531 (LK54FNC) and Bluebird 68005 (YS51JVE). | |
 Bluebird 68005 is seen in 2003 at the Cobham Bus Rally, then numbered 405. | |
 Tucked away in the corner of First Berkshire's Slough depot in June 2013 was S001 (YS51JVA), the first Bluebird AARE American school bus allocated to Yorkshire Rider. The bus was renumbered 61135. | |
