 It some how does not seem right not to see a Routemaster on the 11, but they succumbed and the route was home to London General's Wright Eclipse Gemini bodied Volvo B7TLs as seen in this shot of WVL123 (LX53AZR) taken in The Aldwych in June 2004. |

 Whilst the front view of the Gemini body is its most striking feature, the rear is to put it politely "interesting". WVL159 (LX53BAO) photographed too in June 2004 appears to have got away with route branding, similar to that seen above the windows of Routemasters on the 11. I am sure TfL would not approve of information on the bus telling passengers the route it followed! |
