Seen in early Spring 2008 is another London General special events bus. This RML has been fitted with platform doors and thus been redesignated as DRM2516 and it bears the registration of RM516 (WLT516).

The Epsom Derby was a good excuse to put RML2604 (NML604E) into passenger service on the special 406F route linking the racecourse to Epsom Station. It is seen at resting on the Downs with preserved RM1000 in June at the 2010 event alongside preserved RM1000 (100BXL).

On a private hire to the 2010 Derby was RML2520 (JJD520D) seen on the Downs in the coach park area.

RM9 (VLT9) is London General's oldest Routemaster. It is seen arriving at Showbus 2010 having worked the special 36X excursion from London to Duxford.

The 36X was duplicated by longer Routemaster, RML2472 (JJD472D). The lightly loaded bus was expecting a bigger number to take back to London who had made their way to Duxford by other means.
