A vehicle type which became as ubiquitous as the London DMS is the Manchester style Northern
Counties bodied Fleetline or Atlantean. Many were sold out of service by Greater Manchester in the
early days of deregulation. This one has not strayed far, however, finding a home with Finglands.
It is seen here near its destination U.M.I.S.T, the University of Manchester Institute if Science and
Technology.
