Greater Manchester tried a batch of Volvo Citybuses with modified standard Mancunian bodies, the
high pitched screen betrays the underfloor engined model. 7005 (H705GVM) is seen in central Manchester.

Arriving in Oldham is one of the small fleet of small Manchester buses - a Plaxton Beaver bodied
Merecedes 709D.

Operations in the Rochdale area were marketed under the name of an acquired company, First Pioneer,
for a while. This ex Beeline and Centrewest Renault S75 with Wright Nimbus bodywork is seen in Oldham.
