Hookways Greenslades Duple Laser RJI5701
Exeter based Hookways Coaches, dates back to 1926, and the company revived the Greenslades trading name, albeit alongside their own on their somewhat striking yellow and blue livery. This Duple Laser coach is of undetermined origin as its identity is disguised by the Northern Ireland regsitration RJI15701.

Hookways also acquired the long established Jennings of Bude and traded as Hookway Jennings. The centre vehicle, a MAN 16.290 with Jonckheere body, K227WNH, new to Hallmark of Luton carries Jennings names. The Paramount 3500 with cherished plate is attributed to Greenslades and the Plaxton Excalibur on the far end is pure Hookways

Former Wallace Arnold Van Hool bodied Volvo B10M L918NWW was in the Hookways fleet. It is seen laid up for the school holidays in the grounds of the West of England Transport Collection at Winkleigh, along with several other coaches of unknown ownership.

For a while Hookways was a National Express contractor and HK01 (4691HP) is seen working out of Heathrow Airport in March 2011. Sadly it was later that year that the firm's financial problems came to a head and it ceased trading.
