 Spectra 4007 (S407NVP) was not faring much better, though rostered for front line service it was ignominiously broken down in front of New Street Station at lunch time on September 28th 2006 with the Transit service van in attendance and the driver waiting patiently. |

 When seen in September 2006, Enviro400 4698 (BX55XOA) was unique in the fleet. It was on trial alongside a Scania decker, whilst new Wright bodied Volvo B7TLs enter service. Alexander Dennis had already secured orders for Enviro400s from Travel London and more did follow 4698 for TWM. |
 One such new delivery, seen in November 2010 in Sutton Coldfield, was 4718 (BU07LGO) on the high profile 902 service.
