Alder Valley 902 (SRX945G), the second of Thames Valley's first VR pair - and the only ones with T-shape destination blinds - became this all over advert for Reading's Butts centre. It is seen in Reading depot. |
ALDER VALLEY |
One of the last buses to be delivered to Thames Valley was 920 (FBL112K). It was delivered with this Alder Valley fleetnumber and in the Ribble red livery. Thus it unusually carries Thames Valley white fleet numbers, rather than the fleet number plates adopted by the new entity. It is seen when new on the Reading - London B express service at Langley on the A4. Sadly it was bus seated.
