Grey-Green acquired former Eastbourne Regent V 62 (JJK262) and used it as an open top promotional vehicle - in a mock London livery. A portent of things to come! The vehicle is seen climbing Windsor Castle Hill on the Road Run to the Hillingdon Show on the occasion of the Queen's Silver Jubilee, as part of Showbus 77.

Two years later 62 was seen on the Showbus Road Run at Langley. In 1979 Grey-Green were sponsors of SHOWBUS.

This Park Royal GM standard Atlantean, 261, passed to Eastbourne Buses, where it had been converted to open top. The bus is seen taking part in Eastbourne's centenary celebrations in 2003. The bus was new as SELNEC 7032 (VNB132L). |

Ipswich 75 (LDX75G) was a rare ECW bodied Atlantean. It passed to Eastbourne for use as their open topper 65, where it served for many years.

Eastbourne Atlanteans might expect to end their lives topless, but not necessarily in Oxford, which is where former 17 (KHC817K) was seen working for Guide Friday.
