Travel de Courcey A4HWD, a former Armchair Alexander bodied Leyland Olympian, posed alongside a Citaro bendibus, BX07NMF, from Manchester Airport at SHOWBUS in 2007. |
Former London - Oxford express coach, Y23OXF, still bearing its special Oxford registration, was bought by de Courcey for a new X6 Coventry - Leicester express service. The coach has been christened "City of Coventry" and was promoting the new route at SHOWBUS in 2008. |
As can be seen, Coventry based de Courcey Travel regularly attended SHOWBUS with something of interest to enthusiasts and this ASDA liveried Marshall bodied ex First London MPD sized bus 571 (LN51DVC), formerly DMS452 in the capital, was no exception for 2009 when it took the slot for 2002 in the 1949-2009 BUSES60 commemorative display. |
