The future green energy bus technologies are seen following each other along Oxford Street in London this Wednesday evening. In the lead is Metroline WHD2716 (LK70AZG) on route 7 from East Acton, the first doubledecked hydrogen powered bus route in the capital. The initial order was delayed due to the collapse of Wrights and their subsequent rescue by James Banford. Behind is BCE47026 (LB69JRZ) of RATP London's electric powered doubledecker, an Alexander Dennis Enviro400EV bodied BYD, the most common type of green energy bus in London.
