First has bowed out of London and London's newest bus company, Australian Transit System's Tower Transit has taken a chunk. Wright bodied Volvo B9TL WN35004 (LK09CZS) is seen at St Augustine's Church, Kilburn on Saturday sporting discreet Tower Transit logos and legal lettering. Many Tower Transit buses were still carrying complete First logos and legals, whereas the bigger chunk of the disposals to Metroline seemed to have all had their legal lettering changed, but nothing else. Dagenham depot is closing and passing to Go-Ahead, but it is not known when this is taking place. |
