 Back to the Christmas 2003/2004 rail replacement operation centred on Wynyard we see former Crossley 142 (MO005) a 1996 Custom bodied MAN 18.232. It later lost its distinctive rego receiving MO5417. |
 Also from Crossley was Custom 505 bodied Mercedes O405 135 (MO015) new in 1998 seen in the New Year, whereas 142 and the Bustechs had been seen between Christmas and New Year's Eve. The Mercedes yellow slash has been obscured by the side advert. Unlike 142, it managed to keep its rego. |
 Also seen in the New Year playing trains was this Custom bodied Volvo B10M, probably 99 (MO8595). |
 Seen in the south Sydney area was 129 (MO7653), one of a pair of Custom 550 bodied Mercedes O405NH delivered to Southtrans in 1999. |
