Red Eagle Dennis Dart Plaxton Pointer R701YWC A5098
This Plaxton Pointer Dennis Dart, seen in the Red Rose yard in September 2014, is a bit of an unsung hero. It entered service in October 1997 as PD1 (R701YWC) with Stagecoach East London as a dual door bus with a split step entrance to assist those who had difficulties boarding. In 2001 it passed to Stagecoach Manchester by then numbered 32351. Red Eagle acquired it in 2010, but the bus was sold for scrap five years later.
