An unusual acquisition for Red Rose of Aylesbury was this Volvo B9M with Plaxton Bustler bodywork from Bharat in the West Midlands, in whose livery it was used initially. The vehicle originated was one of a trio new to Harris Bus. It is seen here resting on a private hire duty in High Wycombe.

 Less than two months after featuring at SHOWBUS international 2007, the oldest bus in the Red Rose fleet, the ex Harris B9M, was lost in a suspected arson attack on the yard in the early hours of November 3rd. |

 Luckily one of the trio has survived in preservation. Seen at a bus rally in July 2013 is D302PEV in the throes of restoration. |
