Former London United VP130 (W478BCW) is seen in Cambridge Bus Station in August 2014 with Whippet Coaches. Shortly after the Anglian company was acquired by Tower Transit in the capital, doubtless a futures source of retired London buses like this Plaxton President bodied Volvo B7TL.

Thamesdown were pleased to acquire some of London United's low floor East Lancs Omnidekka bodied Scania N230UD buses to replace Olympians in their fleet. They displayed 379 (YN55NHO), former SLE19, at the last Duxford SHOWBUS in 2014. Picture ref A5220
