A relatively late entry in the rally was this Mercedes Citaro of British Airways. We thought we would find a spot in the relatively free space around rally control for it. However, as luck would have it, the Museum had moved one of the front line display planes and it could be conveniently located next to form British Airways BAC 1-11, "County of Dorset".

Hedingham have been supporters of SHOWBUS going right back to the Hillingdon Show days, and their vintage Leopard L84 (RGV284N), which in those days was new, still attends regularly. The fleet is a lovely mix of one off purchases bought either new or secondhand. Nicely posed alongside each other are the fleets current examples of the latest Enviro products from Alexander-Dennis, the doubledeck 400 model and singledeck 200.

This bus literally turned up on the day and got a "pride of place" positioning for fairly obvious reasons. Supporting the Duxford advertisemnet is Arriva the Shires Northern Counties bodied Olympian 5141 (N41JPP). To the left are the trio of Woottens coaches which took part in the Plaxton Double Gold Run.

Several Arriva the Shires buses have had this advert applied around the operational area.
