Brighton & Hove has assumed responsibility for the route between Royal Tunbridge Wells and Brighton which used to be a joint operations between Southdown and Maidstone & District. Now christened the "Regency Route" it is operated by Wright bodied Volvo B9TL doubldeckers like 434 (BF12KXK), Elisabeth Howard. The bus is in Churchill Square loading to head north in July 2018.

Seen above Madeira Drive in July 2007 is Dennis Trident Alexander ALX400 881 (T669KPU). This bus arrived from Stagecoach with the Eastbourne route. The bus was new as one of the first low floor Tridents for use by Stagecoach East London in the capital as fleet number TA69.
