Tellings Golden Miller is a long established west London coach operator which diversified into bus work at an early stage. At deregulation it became involved in operations in Cardiff and expanded contracted operations in west London by tender and acquisition. Much of its coach operations were centred on Heathrow, including National Express contracts. The company was a founding member of the Status Group and ultimately Classic Coaches of the North East, another Status member, was acquired. The company itself became closely involved with Arriva, ultimately being acquired by the now German owned group. It has been involved in operations around Stansted, Harlow, Colchester, Cambridge and Portsmouth. The latter ceased and London and Surrey tendered operations passed to Tellings Golden Miller via Travel London.
