Eastbourne Buses Leyland Olympian Northern Counties 58
One of 12 Northern Counties bodied Olympians bought in 1988 was 58 (E858DPN). Ten were sold ten years later to London BusesEast Yorkshire, replaced in Eastbourne by new Optare Spectras. Staying behind 58 survived - along with 57 - both were renumbered by the addition of 200 to their fleetnumbers in 2002. As shown in the open top section of the Eastbourne Mini Gallery 58 was later deroofed, and with 55, ended up with Big Bus in Philadelphia.

East Yorkshire Motor Services Leyland Olympian 612
Eastbourne 47 (E847DPN) passed on to East Yorkshire Motor Services as their 612. The bus is seen in the yard at Scarborough in April 2007. The Northern Counties bodied Leyland Olympian matched well with the Bexleybus examples that joined the fleet later.

Similar 33 (YJK933V) spent a time painted as an all over advert for "The Ship" - a local Eastbourne pub. It is being overtaken by former Ipswich 73 (LDX73G), a rare ECW bodied Atlantean which became 63 in Eastbourne's fleet.
