Roundabout Buses are no more but they acquired former HR8209 (MUX283X) and used it extensively on rail replacement work in south east England. It is seen here at SHOWBUS 2002 at Duxford. In between the bus had worked for Southend Transport |

At the London Bus Rally at Cobham in April 2003 Roundabout exhibited HR8209, their 101, alongside 102 (EWW543Y), an identical bus which used to be West Riding 543. |

In 2005 HR8209 appeared again at SHOWBUS in a Leyland display alongside Olympians from Cedrics and one all the way Preston Bus in Lancashire. |

Various links between Julian Peddle and the British Bus group (later Arriva) resulted in a batch of National Welsh Leyland Olympians from Julian's Rhondda fleet finding their way to numerous British Bus subsidiaries. This one is with The Shires and is seen lurking in the murk of Aylesbury Bus Station.
