Southdown Leyland Titan PD3 Northern Counties Queen Mary 272
The morning arrival at SHOWBUS 2010 at Duxford was met with rain and probably not a bad thing that Queen Mary 272 (BUF272C) is not a conertible open topper.

Southdown Leyland Titan PD3 Northern Counties 267
A long way from "home", Titan 267 (BUF267C) is seen in July 2018 at the Fleur-de-Lys Thornes Park Gathering. Between leaving Southdown and preservation, 267 spent a number of years in seafront service with Wallace Arnold. The bus is next to a Leeds City Transport MCW bodied Leyland Atlatean of comparable vintage, 331 (CUB331C).

Derby Day at the Epsom Races back in the eighties was a mecca for open top buses doubling up as grandstands for the event and buses came from all over the country to rpovide that facility, often for corporate customers. Southdown always provided the largest contingent and NBC liveried 406 (406DCD) is seen here with another of its kind following and what are almost certainly two Southdown open top VR deckers in attendance.
