Stagecoach Auckland 124 & Scenic Japanese Tourist Board Bristol VRTSL3 ECW
In April 2000 Stagecoach Auckland 124 (XP6840) is in the background as a VR with 'cherished' registration JTB NZ passes in the opposite direction. The red VR belongs to Scenic and is in a scheme for the Japanese Tourist Board. The Stagecoach VR started off as East Midland 215 before passing to A1 and Alexander (Northern) in Scotland. In contrast the Scenic VRTSL3 started life with Crosville, passing to Crosville Wales, arriving on New Zealand South Island in 1997. It was used in Auckland for two years before heading south to Redbus in Christchurch until 2004 then back to Auckland for use by Robbie's Fun Bus Tours.

Dee Decker Bristol Lodekka LD6G ECW DLG879 1284AC
Thames Valley Bristol L6A S302 (GFM882) was one of five transferred to in 1963 from Crosville Motor Services where it had been converted in 1958 to forward entrance for one man operation. It was perhaps unforunate that these 1948 buses were the first to kick off Thames Valley's new fleet numbering system for singledeckers (S301-S305). They did not survive long with Thames Valley, leaving early gaps in the numbering system. The bus joined the Rossmore Bus Company of Sandbanks in 1966 and later passed into preservation in Crosville livery as SLA73, but it was new as KB73. It was back in Tilling Red when seen at the 2015 Thames Valley centenary running day in Reading.

Abbey Coaches Leyland National Greenway LFR638W
This Leyland National Greenway, LFR638W, is believed to have been based on Crosville Wales dual door Leyland National 2 SNL5 (AFM5W). In its new guise, and keeping the AFM5W registration it moved to Blackburn Transport as their 424, the number and livery it retained for a while with Abbey Coaches of High Wycombe until refreshed in this white and green. It is seen on an ASDA contract in May 2003 at the Wycombe Six cinema complex.

Northumbria Optare Delta F702ECC
Optare Delta singledeckers, on DAF SB220 chassis, featured strongly in the Northumbria undertaking and this one was thus transferred within the Arriva group, with the rest of its Crosville contemporaries, where they were very much in the minority.
