8578 (868NHT) was one of those rare Bristol FS Lodekkas built as a convertable open topper.
It spent most - if not all - of its service with BOC at Weston-super-Mare, where it was used
on the seafront services until ousted by an assortment of ex King Alfred Atlanteans,
Midland Red Fleetlines and a Maidstone & District Atlantean. It is seen at the Weston Rally
in 1998, having journeyed over from Cardiff where it was in service with Welsh Dragon.

Seen at the Bristol 98 rally alongside Newport Leyland Titan PD2 178 (PDW484)
