Seen on layover in Parramatta on Friday was Hillsbus Volgren CR228L bodied Volvo B7RLE 5387. Many of the company's buses were displaying festive destos over the holiday period as they usually do and 5387 is wishing a "Happy New Year from all at Hillsbus". In contrast Sydney Buses content themselves with the annual competition between depots for the best decorated bus. Hillsbus alos have individually decorated buses, Scania 9950 was seen as such in Parramatta on the same day. It was nice to see both buses still in the company's canary yellow livery.
