Metroline's BYD K8SR all electric doubledecker BYD1475 (LJ16EZR) has finished service in central London and is now confined to less arduous work with Uno in Hertfordshire, with its four compatriots, BYD1471-1474. Uno hope to make one available in three weeks time to work the free shuttle service between SHOWBUS at the Hertfordshire County Showground and Whipsnade Zoo. Due to the pandemic it will be necessary to prebook Zoo tickets, but it is a pretty ride up to the Zoo and back. Metroline are also expecting to enter two or three buses in the event this week.
